Sr CRA II
About the role
... (the description)
. Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll outputResponsibilities
- each bullet.
Requirements: maybe "Essential Skills" includes requirements like degree, experience, license, etc. Could be "Requirements". Also "Additional Skills & Qualifications" maybe "Qualifications". We'll decide.
We have "Essential Skills" list: Bachelors degree..., previous experience..., valid drivers license..., effective clinical monitoring skills..., etc. That's requirements/qualifications. We'll put under
Requirements
maybe. "Additional Skills & Qualifications": more specifics like experience in global CRA, CNS/oncology, site monitoring, sponsor models, audit readiness, publications, leading calls, comfortable with contract role, willingness to travel. Could be "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications". We'll put underQualifications
. "Work Environment": includes remote, travel 60-80%, home-based, etc. Could be "Schedule"? Actually schedule not given; but we have travel expectation. Could be "Schedule" if we have travel %? The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. We have Pay And Benefits section with pay range and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. We have Pay And Benefits: pay range $63.50 - $64.90/hr. Benefits list: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); Short and long-term disability; Health Spending Account (HSA); Transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). Also note "Workplace Type: This is a fully remote position." That could be under Schedule? Actually schedule not given; but we have "Work Environment" includes travel 60-80% and home-based. Could be under "Schedule" maybe not. The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. There's no explicit schedule like hours per week, shift, etc. So we should not create Schedule section. We have "Work Environment" which could be considered "About the role" or separate. But we already have About the role. Could add a section "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings list? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings. Work Environment could go under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role includes description of role, but we could add a separate "Work Environment" but not allowed. So we incorporate into About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a short paragraph about work environment within About the role. We also have "Job Type & Location": Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. That's metadata; we can fold into a shortmaybe after About the role. We have "Application Deadline": position anticipated to close on Oct 13, 2026. That's metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. We have boilerplate about Actalent, EEO, etc. Remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: job description, responsibilities, essential skills, additional skills & qualifications, work environment, pay, benefits, job type/location, contract duration (6-month renewable), travel hours paid door to door, benefits provided (already in benefits). Also note "w2 contract role (6-month renewable) ALL TRAVEL HOURS PAID (door to door) benefits provided". That's important: travel hours paid door to door. Should be included maybe under Benefits or a note. Could add a bullet under Benefits: "All travel hours paid (door-to-door)". Or incorporate in About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use
for section headings. We must not include markdown fences. Let's construct HTML:
