Sr. CQV Lead

Position: Sr CQV Lead Duration: 6+ months Location: Waukegan, IL 60064 - onsite daily pay rate $65.00 - $75.00 per hour on a W2 I’m looking for a hands-on CQV Lead / Senior Validation Engineer that has 5+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, API or specialty chemical manufacturing for a 6+ month onsite contract with strong potential for extension. This is not a documentation-only role. I need someone who can step in, take ownership of active validation packages, and write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment. Qualifications Must have 5+ years of U.S. experience as a CQV Lead in equipment validation Industry experience with Small-molecule API and drug-substance manufacturing Experience with Reactors, dryers, mix tanks, heat exchangers, and process piping DeltaV and PLC-controlled equipment Experience with Utilities and nitrogen distribution systems Laboratory equipment and -80°C freezer qualification Cleanroom qualification and environmental testing Kneat documentation and protocol execution About us…Sterling Engineering, in business for 57 years …we offer FULL BENEFITS!
