What You Will Do
- Lead Design Projects: Drive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency
- Conceptual Thinking: Develop innovative design solutions that elevate brand storytelling and enhance consumer engagement
- Brand & Packaging Expertise: Craft exceptional packaging designs and visual identities that reinforce brand equity and stand out at retail
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, innovation, and commercialization teams to bring designs to market effectively
- Design Presentations: Create and present compelling design decks that showcase strategic thinking
- Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging design techniques
- Technical Execution: Work closely with production teams to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints

What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, preferably in consumer goods
- Package design experience with CPG/FMCG brands is required
- Portfolio link MUST be included in application and/or resume to be considered
- Strong design strategy and execution skills—balancing creative vision with business objectives
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
- Experience At a Design Or Creative Agency
- Knowledge of commercialization processes and participation in cross-functional meetings
Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $84,600-$116,300. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
