Sr. Counsel - Liability Insurance Defense

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Counsel - Liability Insurance Defense to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will manage a high-exposure litigation caseload and serve as a trusted legal advisor on liability insurance defense matters. You will independently handle complex cases, apply strong trial experience to courtroom strategy and negotiations, and deliver practical guidance to clients and internal partners. The position also requires advanced legal research, persuasive writing, and direct involvement in depositions, hearings, and other key litigation proceedings.
