ADARx Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced, business-minded Sr. Corporate Securities Counsel to support the company's corporate governance, securities law compliance, strategic transactions, financing activities, and public company readiness. This role will partner closely with the Head of Legal, executive leadership, finance, investor relations, human resources, and external counsel to help ensure compliant, practical, and execution-oriented legal support for the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate combines sophisticated law firm training with biotechnology or life sciences experience and is
