Sr Corporate Events Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Corporate Events Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will own the planning and execution of high-visibility corporate events that support brand presence, stakeholder engagement, and internal alignment. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, vendor management expertise, and the ability to deliver polished experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure each event is executed seamlessly and produces measurable business impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of assigned events Coordinate logistics for flagship events, including content and speaker management Run trade shows and virtual event series, improving execution playbooks Manage logistics for internal programs such as revenue kickoff and quarterly meetings Oversee event budgets and vendor relationships, tracking expenses and reporting variances Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event promotion and follow-up Track event attendance and impact, reporting results to senior stakeholders Qualifications 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent post-graduate work Hands-on experience managing large events with 1,000+ attendees in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech Experience across various event formats including trade shows and internal programs Strong budget, contract, and vendor management skills Proactive communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Familiarity with event management software such as Cvent and SFDC Experience using AI tools in event management Benefits Fully covered medical premiums for employees Flexible PTO and dedicated Recharge Holidays each quarter 401(k) plan with company contributions Dental and vision coverage included $10,000 lifetime fertility stipend Access to coworking spaces globally Remote work options available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
