Sr. Corporate Development and Affiliations Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

Aid in various projects related to potential affiliations, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Conduct financial modeling and analysis of acquisition targets, including valuation and financial statement analysis.

Manage the entire due diligence and acquisition process for solo affiliations, large group, and strategic acquisitions.

Lead the financial review process and collaborate with internal teams to streamline the financial process while ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Research, analyze, and evaluate related industries, market segments, business models, and competitive information for non-transaction related initiatives.

Present acquisition and strategic opportunities to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership team and board.

Support business owners and other leaders with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.

Collaborate with internal teams throughout the entire deal process, including working closely with the business development team.

Facilitate efficient deal closing and coordinate with operations and integration teams for smooth practice transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least one year in investment banking or two years of commensurate experience in this area.
• Experience in building and reviewing financial models.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across departments in order to drive initiatives forward.
• Ability to travel overnight at least quarterly.
• Work well within a team as we are focused on winning together.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
• Remote work acceptable (strong preference for Central/Eastern time).

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
