The Consulting Senior – Finance & Business Transformation position supports finance and business transformation projects including business strategy, deal advisory and post-merger integration, digital innovation, and operating model transformation.

Responsibilities
- Develop assets leveraged for process mapping, visualization, and data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into business solutions
- Provide work products to document current and future state of business functions, assist with change management efforts related to business optimization, visioning, and strategies
- Assist with process designs and enhancements that will improve operational efficiency across the engagement organization
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with all current clients; provide updates on marketplace changes to educate clients and identify opportunities for continued engagements
- Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve service, work processes, and financial performance (e.g., procedure optimization); assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in/initiate the development and sales process with potential clients, including introductory and formal sales presentations
- Occasionally work extended hours and travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years of project experience directing the project life cycle in large programs and/or strategic initiatives, business operations, information technology, or Federal/State Programs
- 3+ years of consulting and/or client service experience
Qualifications
- Process improvement experience across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting, and Financial Reporting (internal and external)
- Experience with Finance and Accounting technology applications and other emerging technology solutions
- Technical proficiency at an intermediate or advanced level with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames
- Able to lead, build, and manage effective teams for small, medium, and large-scale projects
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments with diverse groups
- High degree of professionalism, including maintaining confidentiality
