Responsibilities

  • Provide release related support for multiple Technology teams
  • Confirm that Fixed Versions are created in ADO and that User Stories are associated to the Fix Version
  • Coordinate with Release Management and Omnium Support teams for code deployments into INT and Production environments
  • Ensure that all test plan and approval/signoff documentation required for Production releases are uploaded into the Release Management tool
  • Plan and coordinate pre-release and in-flight release activities; including creating release runbooks (as needed), facilitate preparation calls with key stakeholders, and provide regular stakeholder status updates
  • Track release progress, manage risks, and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Complete post release activities such as the closure of INT and PROD ServiceNow requests and Release Management UI (Bi-Frost) package cleanup
  • Demonstrate leadership throughout the testing cycles; effectively lead meetings, drive agendas, set expectations, hold team accountable for results, be proactive on execution and follow-up on takeaways
  • Participate in release retrospectives monthly to identify lessons learned and to foster an environment of continuous improvement for testing and release management workflows
  • Identify broken processes and recommend process improvements to streamline and optimize delivery execution
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to anticipate and connect opportunities and resolve challenges / escalations
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration with others and high emotional intelligence to build productive and strategic relationships
  • Self-starter, performs independently with limited coaching, leads peers, and consults with shared services teams across HFS & NT to solve issues

  • Client relationship focused (internal relationships)
  • Excellent client-service skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Minimum of 3-10+ years of experience; Agile, project coordination or release management preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Atlassian and/or Azure DevOps or a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools and concepts
  • Familiarity and the ability to utilize formal Agile methodology and frameworks (Kanban and Scrum), principles, techniques, and values for the delivery of new and enhanced applications is a plus
  • A genuine desire and capability to work in a fast-paced, professional, inclusive environment which requires teamwork, well-honed problem-solving skills, frequent re-prioritization, deadline management, ongoing and comprehensive communication, constant attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices

Qualifications

  • A College or University degree
  • Relevant proven work experience
  • Familiarity with Technology, Financial Services, or Alternative Asset Management specific
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools and concepts
  • Familiarity and the ability to utilize formal Agile methodology and frameworks (Kanban and Scrum), principles, techniques, and values for the delivery of new and enhanced applications is a plus

$83,100 - 141,300 USD
