The people you will support work across many industries, including governments (state, regional, and local communities), NGO groups, private consultancies, environmental engineering, utilities, commercial, and others. Your work will empower people to make meaningful decision by leveraging location intelligence as it relates to environmental management, natural resources, land-use planning, and geodesign. The team you will work with is collaborative and forward leaning. They are problem solvers, listeners, facilitators, guides, and trusted advisors to thousands of ArcGIS users making a difference. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of GIS projects
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients on GIS tools and techniques
  • Contribute to the development and execution of project plans and timelines
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in GIS and related fields

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS or related field
  • Experience with ArcGIS software and other GIS technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of environmental science principles and concepts
  • Experience with project management methodologies

Skills

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS software
  • Strong understanding of spatial analysis and mapping techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • $75,000 - $90,000 annually
