From site grading and utility infrastructure to roadway construction and community planning, our Land Development Construction group provides practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions that directly impact neighborhoods, municipalities, and private clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our land development and civil construction projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple site development projects—residential, commercial, and municipal—covering grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and erosion control. You will manage project teams, mentor staff, ensure compliance with plans and regulations, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors. This position offers the opportunity to drive project strategy, deliver high-quality results, and lead a team of engineers, project managers, and field staff to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple land development and civil construction projects.
• Oversee field construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, permits, and local regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor contractor performance, address non-conforming work, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure material compliance and proper field testing (compaction, concrete slump/air tests, etc.).
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, photo logs, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, utility companies, and regulatory agencies to resolve complex site issues.
• Lead pre-construction, progress, and coordination meetings; communicate key updates to clients and stakeholders.
