Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other statutes applicable to data privacy, health IT, and services supporting healthcare providers.
- Lead efforts to implement integration of AI capabilities into compliance workflows.
- Lead internal investigations to assess the organization’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., conflict of interest review).
- Report to the WellSky Compliance Committee on the health of compliance program activities, initiatives, and adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 8-12 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring and managing GRC tool, Onspring preferred
- Experience with supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT Software

- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
