Sr. Compliance Consultant - Solutions & Design

Qualifications

• Process improvement mindset with structured project management skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs, monitoring, and management oversight
• Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and executive-level communication and storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 5–10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related control function, with demonstrated responsibility for analytics, metrics, or reporting
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel)

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $110,800 - $166,200
