Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR management
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
