- Conducts market research to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
- Evaluates jobs within the organization to ensure alignment with internal and external market standards.
- Develops and implements salary structures and policies that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyzes pay equity across different demographics to identify and address disparities.
- Administers and manages company-wide incentive plans to motivate and reward performance.
- Produces comprehensive reports on compensation data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborates with HR leaders and business partners to align compensation strategies with organizational needs.
- Supports the development and implementation of new compensation programs and initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of compensation best practices and industry standards.
- Experience with compensation systems and databases is preferred.
