Sr. Compensation Analyst

What You’ll Do

  • Design and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices
  • Support annual compensation processes (merit increases, bonuses, salary planning)
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal policies
  • Partner with HRIS and cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance compensation systems
  • Advise leaders on pay decisions (new hires, promotions, internal equity)
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation-related training
  • Manage position control, headcount tracking, and alignment with budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain budget compliance and deliver reporting/analytics on compensation and position management

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field required
  • 4–6 years of experience in compensation or related field required
  • CCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, and compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools; ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong business acumen, communication, project management, and collaboration skills
