What You’ll Do
- Design and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices
- Support annual compensation processes (merit increases, bonuses, salary planning)
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal policies
- Partner with HRIS and cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance compensation systems
- Advise leaders on pay decisions (new hires, promotions, internal equity)
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation-related training
- Manage position control, headcount tracking, and alignment with budgets and forecasts
- Maintain budget compliance and deliver reporting/analytics on compensation and position management
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field required
- 4–6 years of experience in compensation or related field required
- CCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools; ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong business acumen, communication, project management, and collaboration skills
