Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Construction Estimating, preferably in specialty contracting
- In-depth Retail experience is a MUST!
- Proficient in reading and understanding complex construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction costs and principles
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in using estimating software and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
