About the role

Enable you to apply your administrative skills and support to your team as we lead the industry in transforming how commercial real estate transactions are completed. We value our culture and need energetic people that love the details while thriving in delivering exceptional customer experiences. First American is looking to add an Sr. Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience

Requirements

  • Exceptional at prioritizing time and workloads to meet established deadlines
  • Passionate about helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships
  • Problem solver who has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn
  • Thrives in contributing to a team where we come together to deliver beyond customer expectations
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years as an Escrow Assistant experience

Pay

Pay Range: $25.49 - $33.98 Hourly
