Sr. Commercial Development Analyst

This remote position can be based in the Atlanta, GA or Weston, FL area.

About the role

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Sr. Commercial Development Analyst to support high-impact commercial improvement initiatives that accelerate growth and enhance customer experience. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to optimize processes, support strategic programs, deliver executive-level insights, and help drive commercial excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial processes, workflows, systems, and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, customer portals, reporting tools, and related systems to support enhanced business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans that improve commercial effectiveness and customer experience.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance metrics for commercial leadership.
• Track key commercial productivity and customer experience KPIs.
• Support strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and performance reviews through meaningful analysis and reporting.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of Commercial Development initiatives.
• Create project plans, milestone trackers, status reports, action logs, and risk assessments.
• Monitor progress, identify dependencies, escalate risks, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop executive presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning materials.
• Translate complex analyses and project updates into clear, compelling executive-level narratives.
• Create visually impactful presentations that communicate business impact, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Standardize communications, reporting templates, and presentation materials across commercial initiatives.
• Support annual planning, operating reviews, budget discussions, and executive decision-making forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in: Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Product Management, Strategy, PMO, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations and communication materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and business transformation efforts preferred.

• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
• Background in eCommerce, parcel logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries (preferred).
• Experience within DHL eCommerce or the broader DHL network is a plus.

Work Environment

• Professional office environment.
• Regular sitting for 25-75% of the workday.

• Travel required: up to 10%.
