The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Overview (the introductory paragraphs) 2. Responsibilities (What You'll Do) 3. Requirements (What We're Looking For) 4. Qualifications/Skills (the "Fit the following?" section) 5. Benefits (Benefits You Can Count On) 6. Location/Schedule info (hybrid, Temple TX, 3 days/week, 50-minute radius) 7. Company background (Our roadmap. Our story.) I should not include: - Job title as heading (already shown on page) - Job ID/requisition numbers (Business Unit IS970, etc.) - fold into short

or drop - EEO/legal boilerplate (the last paragraph about background check, EEO, etc.) - Application instructions (none really, just the EEO link) - Cookie/navigation/legal/scam-warning boilerplate The posting has real content for: - About the role (intro paragraphs) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do - detailed list) - Requirements (What We're Looking For - detailed list) - Qualifications/Skills (Fit the following? - short list) - Benefits (detailed list) - Schedule/Location (hybrid, 3 days/week, Temple TX, 50-min radius) - this could go under a Schedule section or Location section The rules say: use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for lists,

for prose. Include section ONLY when posting has real specific content. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting states Benefits explicitly, so include Benefits section. The posting states Schedule info: "This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week... Full-time Shift 1st - Day" - so include Schedule section. Location: "Primary Location United States-Texas-Temple Work Locations North Campus" - could include in Schedule or separate Location section. The rules mention Schedule as a heading option, not Location. I'll include location info in Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned (no salary range), so no Pay section. Qualifications vs Skills: The "What We're Looking For" is requirements. The "Fit the following?" is more soft skills/qualities. Could be Qualifications or Skills. I'll use Qualifications for the degree/experience/technical requirements, and Skills for the "Fit the following?" list? But the rules list both Qualifications and Skills as possible headings. The "What We're Looking For" includes both hard requirements and technical skills. The "Fit the following?" is more behavioral traits. I think I'll do: - Requirements (for What We're Looking For) - Qualifications (for Fit the following?) or maybe Skills. The rules say "Qualifications, Skills" as separate headings. I'll make "Requirements" for the formal requirements, and "Qualifications" for the behavioral traits? But "Qualifications" often means formal qualifications. Hmm. Better: Use "Requirements" for the "What We're Looking For" section (since it's labeled that). Use "Qualifications" for the "Fit the following?" section? Or "Skills". The rules say "Qualifications, Skills" as possible headings. I'll use "Qualifications" for the behavioral traits list. But the "What We're Looking For" includes both qualifications (degree, years) and skills (technical). The heading "Requirements" covers that. The "Fit the following?" is more about personal attributes. I'll call that "Qualities" but the rules don't list that. They list "Qualifications, Skills". I'll use "Qualifications" for the behavioral list. Alternatively, I could combine "What We're Looking For" and "Fit the following?" into one Requirements section with two sub-lists? But the rules say use

for section headings. I'll keep them separate: "Requirements" and "Qualifications". Now, the introductory paragraphs: "Take your career further with McLane! ..." and "McLane is strengthening cloud security..." - this is About the role. Company background: "Our roadmap. Our story..." - could be "About the Company" but not in the listed headings. The rules list specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About the Company". I could include it as part of About the role or as a separate

without heading? The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, but we should only include sections when there's real content. The company story is real content but not a standard heading. I could include it as a

after About the role or as a separate section with heading "About the Company"? But the rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" - it's not an exhaustive list, but we should prefer the listed ones. I think I'll include the company story as a paragraph under About the role or as a separate

"About the Company"? The rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company story is a paragraph, not a list. I'll include it as a

in the About the role section. Now, the metadata: "Primary Location United States-Texas-Temple Work Locations North Campus Business Unit IS970 Job Information Technology Schedule Full-time Shift 1st - Day Employee Status Regular" - this is metadata. The rules: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So I'll fold location, schedule, business unit into a short

maybe in Schedule section or at the end. But the Schedule section will have the hybrid info. I'll include the location and schedule details in the Schedule section. Let's structure:

I should not include the EEO/background check paragraph. Also not the "Candidates may be subject to a background check..." and the EEO statement. Now, check rules: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)" - I didn't. "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." I folded Business Unit IS970 into Schedule paragraph. Good. "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." I kept all bullet points verbatim. "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Removed. "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never
