Sr Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of Phase I-III clinical trials
• Manage CROs and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations and budgets
• Direct the cross-functional study execution team to meet goals and deliverables
• Establish and monitor study timelines and key performance indicators
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while escalating issues when necessary
• Oversee vendor budgets and invoicing per study contracts
• Engage actively in CRO and vendor meetings to influence operational strategy

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in scientific or healthcare discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Smartsheets
• Skilled in applying AI for team execution and decision-making
• Strong independent communicator with a detail-oriented approach
