About the role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities
- Support execution of clinical studies for product development and validation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely monitoring and compliance
- Build professional relationships with investigators, site staff, and key opinion leaders
- Develop study documentation, conduct site selection, and train site personnel
- Coordinate data quality assurance with monitors and management teams
- Contribute to process improvements in study operational activities
- Perform site closeout and support study compliance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's or PhD preferred with relevant experience
- 5-8 years experience in clinical research; or 2-5 years with a Master's; or 0-2 years with a PhD
- Strong background in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical study execution
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (EDC), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and electronic trial master files (eTMF)
- Preferred experience in diabetes clinical trials and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems
- Ability to manage multiple studies and drive efficiency in study operations

Pay
$100,700 – $167,900 annually
