Sr. Clinical Project Manager - 176069

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will lead global clinical project execution across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on keeping complex trials on track from planning through delivery. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, reporting, and risk management. The position also calls for mentoring team members and advancing best practices that improve operational performance in a fast-paced clinical environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials in specified therapeutic areas Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and strategy Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management to meet milestones Mentor team members and promote operational excellence and best practices Drive continuous improvement in clinical project management Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research Proven ability to lead complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity is preferred; Dermatology experience is a plus Benefits Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Sick leave as required by law Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
