Sr. Clinical Data Scientist (RBQM Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Lead design & implementation of Machine Learning models for Clinical insights.
• Use statistical methods to develop prototypes & algorithms.
• Leverage emerging statistical methodologies, ML & AI to drive innovative analytical solutions to create insights.
• Experiment & recommend additional techniques to solve business problems with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to federal regulations & applicable local regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), & to functional quality standards.
• Identify business needs & support creation of standard KPIs, reports, & statistical analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, data science or statistics
• 2 years of progressive work experience in a data science role
• 2 years of experience programming using R & Python to support data analysis
• 2 years of experience building dashboards for data visualization using tools such as Spotfire, Tableau & MS Power PI
• 2 years of experience building statistical models to support clinical trials analytics & identify data‑driven insights
• 2 years of experience reading & understanding clinical protocol for analysis design
• Work experience may be gained concurrently
