Responsibilities

  • Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities, including cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen area of focus to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage a book of business to support high renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
  • Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

Requirements

  • State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
  • 5+ years of experience in an insurance sales role.
  • Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
