Sr. Claims Consultant - IAS

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Claims Consultant - IAS to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role will serve as a trusted advisor to a designated client portfolio, with a strong focus on workers’ compensation claims consulting and advocacy. The consultant will work closely with clients to review complex claim activity, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve outcomes across large-loss and multi-state claims. In addition, this position partners with internal colleagues and client stakeholders to deliver insights, strengthen programs, and support junior team members. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for a designated client portfolio
• Advocate on behalf of clients to drive favorable outcomes in claims
• Conduct thorough claim file reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor and manage large-loss and complex claims
• Develop and deliver insights into claims data during client meetings
• Analyze loss trends and report findings to enhance client programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling and consulting
• Expertise in California workers' compensation with multi-state knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in claims analytics tools
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Professional designations such as WCCA, WCCP, ARM, AIC, or CPCU preferred

Pay

$110,000+ annually
