Sr. Civil Project Manager

About the role

Senior Civil Project Manager leads complex civil engineering projects from concept to completion, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead cross-discipline coordination through design, permitting, and construction phases
• Prepare proposals, qualification packages, contracts, and promotional materials
• Partner with senior management on complex issues and internal approvals
• Drive quality control to ensure projects meet performance standards
• Support business development and client retention, including some travel

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required
• 15+ years in AEC or project management
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships
• Strong Storm Water design and permitting experience (local, state, and FDOT)
• Working knowledge of StormWise (ICPR4), Civil 3D, and Ponds (WaterCAD, StormCAD)

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification highly preferred
• PE license in Florida highly desirable
