Responsibilities
- Developing and designing transportation projects, with a particular emphasis on roadway infrastructure.
- Managing and overseeing all phases of the project from conception to completion.
- Coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing and presenting project reports, proposals, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental policies, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Keeping abreast of industry advancements and applying this knowledge to improve processes and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on transportation projects and roadway infrastructure.
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Pay
Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year
