SR CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER, PE – COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

About the role

As a Project Manager in the Development II division, you will work directly with clients and be responsible for planning and organizing workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications.

• Collaborate with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges
• Design site and civil engineering for retail, office, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professionally licensed in Ohio
• Site civil development experience
• 10+ years work experience in the civil engineering
