Sr cGMP Pharmaceutical Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr cGMP Pharmaceutical Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will provide senior leadership for cGMP quality oversight across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The manager will partner with site teams to strengthen quality systems, support inspection readiness, and drive compliance in a regulated environment. A key focus will be translating technical quality requirements into practical execution that helps sites operate consistently and successfully. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead cGMP knowledge and ensure compliance across manufacturing sites Provide practical solutions for deploying quality systems and processes Engage in FDA inspections and regulatory audits Support pharmaceutical sites to meet cGMP requirements and ensure compliance protocols are followed Analyze trends in product and process data to identify improvement opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical drug product manufacturing 5+ years in a senior QA leadership role with direct people management responsibility Hands-on experience with FDA inspections, including Form 483 responses Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 4, 210, and 211, as well as ICH guidelines Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and parental leave Performance-based bonuses potential Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
