Sr Category Supplier Manager II – Tool Install

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, supplier segmentation frameworks, and measurable performance targets
• Identify savings and revenue opportunities; drive cost, efficiency, and scorecard improvements
• Lead sourcing events, RFQs, and contract negotiations including renewals and pricing optimization
• Share market intelligence and pricing trends using should-cost models and benchmarking
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve procurement decisions, contract insights, and process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in construction or tool install category management
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in material cost structures and cost analysis

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in indirect category management within the semiconductor industry
• Preferred: Familiarity with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, and SCOUT
• Preferred: Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies in complex environments
• Preferred: Experience leveraging AI or data-driven tools in procurement processes
• Preferred: Track record of driving supplier performance and cost optimization initiatives
