Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the regional electronic purchasing strategy in close alignment with all stakeholders.
• Conduct market studies to develop onshore strategic partners, balance supplier poolings to maximize cost savings, and enhance supply chain robustness and quality performance.
• Identify and develop global and regional strategic suppliers to meet purchasing requirements.
• Conduct strategic supplier meetings to strengthen business relationships with key partners.
• Manage and develop price and framework agreements, ensuring legal, logistical, commercial, and technical alignment with stakeholders, and oversee their implementation.
• Support regional sourcing/RFQ projects with project buyers to ensure optimal commercial quality and logistic performance, overseeing sourcing implementation.
• Drive regional tariff mitigation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in category management or strategic procurement for electronic components, such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) and/or e-motors (required).
• Strong data analytical skills with experience in market intelligence and supplier management (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and PowerBI.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
