As an Assortment Analyst, you'll be at the center of the strategy that decides what goes on the shelf, where, and why.
This is primarily an office-based role — no heavy travel, no long days on your feet. You'll spend most of your time at a desk, working with data, spreadsheets, and cross-functional partners, with occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs). Responsibilities
- Drive assortment strategy. Own key deliverables on brand timelines, partnering with multiple departments to bring assortments to life.
- Tailor solutions market by market. Work alongside Category Managers to adapt assortments for regional needs, local items, and unique store clusters — all while staying within national guardrails.
- Turn data into decisions. Flag data errors to the right teams and deliver sharp assortment analytics that support smarter business calls.
