Category Adoption Managers are an integral component of our growth strategy, acting as subject matter experts in procure-to-pay to advise our largest customers on innovative modes of spend-management. As a Category Adoption Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to co-own the new-business acquisition sales motion with our largest customers, while helping refine our forward-looking sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing highly comply large-scale deals. The candidate should be a highly analytical self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals with experience selling category solutions (i.e. Office, IT, JanSan expertise). The ideal candidate collaborates with partner teams effectively and influences business partners to achieve the best customer experience.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
  • Extensive outside sales experience selling B2B Solutions in core customer spend categories: IT, Jan-San and/or MRO supplies and services
  • Deep multi-phase pipeline and deal management and execution experience: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, partner engagement, opportunity management, and negotiation proficiencies

Pay

Base salary range: USA, AZ (Tempe) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, CA (Santa Monica) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, GA (Atlanta) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, IL (Chicago) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, MA (Boston) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, NY (New York) — 124,400.00 - 176,400.00 USD annually; USA, TX (Austin) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, TX (Dallas) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, VA (Arlington) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually; USA, WA (Seattle) — 113,100.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually.
