Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management degree preferred.
• Six (6) to eight (8) years work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations fields.
• Industry-specific experience helpful and/or preferred.
• Previous Business Unit Manager (or equivalent job) work experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Regular business hours.
• Some additional hours may be required.
• Domestic and International travel up to 50%.
• Climatized office environment during normal business hours.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $135,700 - $244,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
