Sr Business Systems Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a member of NBCUniversal’s Video Platform Software Engineering organization, concentrating on Ad Sales technology. This role ensures our Ad Sales business can perform their day-to-day activities utilizing our integrated systems through front-end support and back-end monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tickets to analyze and resolve requests while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with teams to solve issues and update stakeholders.
• Document and follow standard operating procedures for production troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI tools to aid in issue resolution and documentation.
• Identify and manage defects and work with vendors to implement solutions.
• Analyze process and system issues to suggest automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an ad sales system.
• Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and technology issues.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating weekend on-call shifts.
