Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent work or educational experience. Five years of experience in business banking sales, proven consultative outside sales in financial services, business-to-business sales, and/or consistent success as a BECU Business Specialist.
- Desired Qualifications: Effective relationship management, problem resolution and customer service skills; strong sales, prospecting and follow-up skills; excellent interpersonal skills to ensure issues are handled in a fair and consistent manner; proficient in Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and SBA lending for small to mid-size businesses; ability to contribute both independently and as a team member, in a multiple priority, fast-paced environment; ability to present a professional image when dealing with members, co-workers, management, external partners and the business community; ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment; ability to analyze financial statements, conditions and trends of Business Services clients; proficient with Microsoft Office Products; excellent time management skills; ability to adapt to evolving work priorities; ability to perform under pressure in a team environment; ability to use discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving; ability to adapt to change within working responsibilities, be it internal, market or regulatory driven.

At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance-based and targets vary by role.
Pay
The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually.
