Sr. Business Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Sr. Business Process Improvement Specialist will focus on leveraging AI and related technology innovations across the entire selling cycle for increased efficiency and effectiveness. While the role will address the entire sales process (Lead to Opportunity to Quote to Order + Commissions), this role will be the business owner and Subject Matter Expert on the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system. This role will ensure that the sales systems are designed and operated in alignment with key initiatives across the organization and are efficient for interaction by field sales, application engineers, order coordinators, and other internal sales operations functions. The ideal candidate is process oriented with strong understanding of how systems should work.
