SR Business Loan Underwriter / Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting for various business loan types, including but not limited to investment CRE, owner-occupied CRE, SBA, C&I, and lines of credit.
• Review and complete assigned Annual Loan Reviews (ALRs).
• Collaborate with Business Loan Officers on loan structure and ensure a complete credit presentation to best represent the credit to decisions makers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the business credit and underwriting field required, preferably in a financial institution.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be bondable.

Pay

• The target salary range for this position is $44.04 – $55.05, depending on previous experience and education.
• The full salary range is $44.04 – $66.06.

Schedule

• A hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
• In your role, you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
• This position can be based out of our Tacoma or Alderwood Corporate Offices.
