Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer

About the role

As a Senior BI Engineer, you'll turn data into insight that shapes how our organization makes decisions. Working primarily in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks, you'll design, build, and refine business intelligence solutions, from semantic models to reports, that support the success of our franchise owners, clients, and associates. You'll work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to understand their goals, translate them into clear data requirements, and deliver solutions that inform strategy. Along the way, you'll help strengthen data literacy across the organization, uphold high standards for data governance and confidentiality, and optimize our architecture for performance and scalability. Our business moves quickly, and this role moves with it. Beyond core BI work, you'll take on special projects, such as evaluating emerging technologies or helping franchisees solve operational challenges, where adaptability and sound judgment matter as much as technical depth.
