Sr. Business/Functional Analyst I – Lewisville, TX

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related, Math, any Engineering, or Business related.

Experience

• 5 years as a Functional Analyst, System Analyst or related.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering
• Create functional specification documents based on gathered data
• Design ERP solutions using best business practices
• Design system interfaces to facilitate data flow between customer and external business partners
• Configure and enhance systems as needed
• Use testing skills to define and execute tests ensuring solutions meet customer and project specifications
• Create project plans, scopes, and documents
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks
• Evaluate internal controls to mitigate identified risks
• Provide business user training and end-user support
• Travel to various unanticipated client sites within the United States as required
