Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive end-to-end architectures that meet business needs
- Present multiple architectural options to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Promote a 'configuration-first' approach to minimize technical debt
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications and integrations as needed
- Establish best practices for integration and data security
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein solutions
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ implementations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies
