About The Role
The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst with deep expertise in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. This role will involve working across multiple stakeholders and systems to support strategic application delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the design process to ensure business requirements are met and the user experience is optimized.
- Capture and manage requirements for highly complex systems across multiple stakeholders, applying SDLC principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, considering multiple users, risks, and impact scenarios for the development team.
- Partner with QA teams to develop project testing strategies; support and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality releases.
- Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles; escalate issues as appropriate and ensure tech portfolio changes adhere to standards.

- Requirements Analysis: Proficiency in tools and techniques to elicit, analyze, and document business and non-functional requirements.
- Business Process Modeling: Ability to document current-state processes, identify problems and opportunities, and drive re-engineering efforts.
- Business Data Analysis: Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data using a variety of techniques.
- Software Product Business Knowledge: Experience managing software product lifecycles including install base, usage, future planning, and vision.
- Application Delivery Process: Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal methodologies for delivering new or enhanced applications.
- Credit Card Platform Familiarity: Experience with credit card platforms such as TSYS/FIS and Mastercard.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL proficiency: ability to read and write queries and perform data mapping.
- Experience with BigQuery.
- Proficiency with Miro or Draw.io for visual process modeling.
- Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
