- Strong BA with experience in complex transformation or integration programs
- Exposure to MA lifecycle due diligence
- Day1 readiness post merger integration
- Expertise in process mapping, operating model design, and data system integration
- Strong analytical skills for impact assessment and decision support
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
