Sr Business Analyst Finance Systems(SAP FICO)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Business Analyst Finance Systems(SAP FICO) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role focuses on supporting finance systems operations and improving the reliability of core accounting processes across a global organization. The position will partner closely with finance controllers, local accounting managers, and IT teams to translate business needs into workable system solutions. The successful candidate will help drive testing, data conversion, deployment, and financial close support for integrated finance processes. The role also includes guiding cross-functional efforts that strengthen system performance, process consistency, and day-to-day finance operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,910 – $185,504 annually Responsibilities Support financial systems maintenance tasks, primarily SAP FICO and related applications. Coordinate with local accounting managers and IT teams for integrated operations. Define and document business requirements in collaboration with finance controllers. Develop test scenarios and validate finance data conversions and enhancements. Guide the team in the design, testing, and deployment of financial solutions. Support seamless financial close processes across the organization. Assist with project governance and Delegation of Authority tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, particularly SAP FICO. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4 HANA, with a focus on finance modules. Strong understanding of integrated processes, including P2P, O2C, and RTR. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines. Experience in unit, integration, and acceptance testing for finance systems.
