Sr Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support operational planning and decision-making across a technology and operations organization, with a focus on workload, capacity, and priority management. The ideal candidate will turn complex inputs from multiple teams into clear insights that help leaders balance competing demands and execute against modernization goals. You will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify constraints, surface organizational impacts, and deliver executive-ready analysis that improves visibility across the function. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,800 – $176,300 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain views of workload, capacity, and organizational priorities across the organization Consolidate information from multiple teams into actionable insights and recommendations Analyze competing priorities and organizational impacts to support leadership decision-making Identify trends and constraints affecting performance and execution Partner with various leaders to understand resource needs and organizational impacts Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and dashboards Support visibility into modernization initiatives and operational objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of relevant experience Experience in cross-functional technology organizations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/visualization tools Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness programs Retirement savings plans with company match Professional development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
