The Senior Business Analyst, Digital Platforms & Integrations, serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors. Reporting to the IT Director of Digital and Enterprise Systems, this role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and testing enterprise digital platforms—particularly product content, DAM, and syndication solutions—while ensuring integrations, data flows, and operational processes function as intended. The position plays a hands-on role in testing, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ongoing platform optimization, helping to deliver scalable and high-performing digital solutions across the organization.
