Roles And Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents and publishes user needs and requirements through reviewing existing documentation as well as direct meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepares content for operations and procedures manuals to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Produces a variety of diagrams that enhance a broad range of documentation.
• Expertise in identifying test cases that validate core functionality.
• Produces a broad range of documentation for both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in process analysis and modeling of complex systems.
• Adept at identifying test cases that validate core functionality.
• Produces a broad range of documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
• SAFe, PMP or other relevant certification preferred.
