About the role
Reference Labs is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Reference Labs client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful business development and/or sales.
- Experience working in healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
