About the role

Reference Labs is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Reference Labs client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and attending industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development and/or sales.
• Experience working in healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule
