As the day-to-day steward of the brand, you’ll connect strategy to execution—owning the brand plan end-to-end, from pipeline and go-to-market through in-market performance and retail sell-through.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Business Ownership
    • Own the global brand strategy and annual brand plan for e.l.f. Cosmetics, translating vision into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
    • Drive brand growth and profitability—monitoring sell-through, market share, velocity, and margin across channels and regions.
    • Establish e.l.f. as a category leader and culture-shaping brand, identifying white-space opportunities and portfolio gaps that fuel sustainable growth.
  • 360° Campaign & Go-to-Market Leadership
    • Own and execute global 360° marketing campaigns that challenge industry norms and inspire community engagement—across digital, social, influencer, ecommerce, retail, paid media, and experiential channels.
    • Lead global brand calendar strategy and planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment across product development, sales, integrated marketing, digital, creative, and retail teams.
    • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and brand moments—defining positioning, messaging, unique selling propositions, content pillars, and channel strategies.
    • Champion creative brief development and delivery, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Consumer Insight & Performance Optimization
    • Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and real-time data to optimize campaign performance and identify new ways to create brand love and cultural relevance.
    • Translate consumer, category, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies that keep e.l.f. ahead of trends and ahead of the competition.
    • Track and report on key brand health metrics, sales analytics, and campaign ROI, using findings to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Retail & Commercial Partnership
    • Partner closely with Sales, Retail Marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure the brand shows up powerfully and consistently across all retail and digital storefronts.
    • Drive commercial execution excellence—supporting retailer activations, assortment strategies, promotional programs, and joint business plans with key retail partners.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of marketers and agency partners, fostering a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and operational excellence.
    • Navigate complex cross-functional environments with influence and clarity, aligning stakeholders across product, finance, supply chain, creative, and international teams.
    • Coach and develop talent, building a team that is curious, courageous, and relentlessly consumer-obsessed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive brand management experience, ideally in beauty, CPG, or fashion, with proven success leading cross-channel 360° campaigns from concept through execution.
